Our skilled nursing personnel can offer a wide range of services and medical care: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, wound care, intravenous (IV) therapy, injections and monitoring of vital signs, medical equipment, and other services necessary to the health of the patient.
Home Health & Aide Services
Home health aides are considered health care paraprofessionals that along with doing routine chores the care recipient can no longer manage, such as laundry, cooking and shopping, our aides are able to assist with activities of daily living, check vital signs, monitor a client's physical and mental condition, and handle emergencies such as an accident, heart attack or stroke.
Occupational Therapy Services
Occupational therapists treat injured, ill, or disabled patients through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. They help these patients develop, recover, improve, as well as maintain the skills needed to lead independent, productive and satisfying lives.
Physical Therapy Services
Physical therapists evaluate and record a patient's progress. Physical therapists help injured or ill people improve movement and manage pain. They are often an important part of preventive care, rehabilitation, and treatment for patients with chronic conditions, illnesses, or injuries.
Speech Therapy Services
Speech therapy prevents, assesses, diagnoses, and treats speech disorders and communication problems. It helps people develop skills like comprehension, clarity, voice, fluency and sound production. Speech therapy can treat childhood speech disorders or adult speech impairments caused by stroke, brain injury or other conditions.
Medical Social Services
Medical social services include: educating patients and families about illnesses and treatment plans, conducting psychosocial assessments to identify mental or emotional distress, counseling those in crisis or experiencing distress, and connecting patients and their families with necessary resources.
